When I lost my partner Gregory, my life shattered into pieces I didn’t know how to put back together. The silence was unbearable. The loneliness was suffocating. Each day felt like a mountain I didn’t have the strength to climb.
I was broken—emotionally, spiritually, and financially. Simple things felt impossible. But in the middle of that storm, I found something small that became my therapy ART: painting my nails.
